Gwen,
The Andrew line may be the same somewhere along the line, but none of those
are in my direct line that I know of. What I know of my direct line is that
my great-great grandfather was Thomas Andrew (1824-1900), and his wife was
Louisa Alford. Through some research and surmising from census and other
records, I have decided that there is a strong possibility that Thomas'
father was William Andrew, married to Elizabeth Cohee, but I have not been
able to find and true evidence that links them.
I'll keep my eyes open for anything I may find about John, your Elizabeth,
and Michael Todd...and eventually visit Hignutt and search for Noble. I'm
sure you have looked at Parker Todd's website for possible connections. He
has done a lot of research and he has lots of Todds in his line as well.
His link is http://freepages.genealogy.rootsweb.com/~carolines/
just in case you don't have it.
