Sorry, was trying to abbreviate: J.M.Runk, 2vols. Biographical and
Genealogical History of the State of DE ....1899. Abstracted and indexed by
the Reamys as Genealogical Abstracts from Biographical...2001.

And, with chagrin, must revise what I wrote previously. Now, consulting
Reamy p67: Peter Waples bought 1692-4 land on both sides of Indian River in
Sussex Co. DE. He resided at Warwick and established a ferry under grant of
Dutch goverment at NY 1692.
He had sons: William, inherited lands on north side of River; Paul
inherited lands on south side of River.

Back to the map: place "Warwick" and Warwick Gut (beside *Pine *Point) on n
side of Indian River across from "Piney Point Tract" on the south side.
