Subject: Removal from Lists as Result of Excessive Bounced Mail
Date: Fri, 22 Aug 1997 20:44:58 -0600

Aha!

Ken Graves and all the rest of us here (even though Ken is not)....

Sounds like somebody else has had the same problem as ME!! Okay, I
understand the frustration totally!

I know that Karen is planning on working on this part of Smartlist that
automatically removes the 'poster' of the multiple bounces and not just the
bouncee. However, in the meantime, I think it would be very, very wise for
all listowners to notify their subscribers that this CAN and WILL happen
occasionally and the only thing that the subscriber or even the LISTOWNER
can do is just re-sub and realize that Smartlist is just throwing a
temper-tantrum.

Took ME three forced unsubs to just say, "Okay, FINE!" and just resub.
You can do nothing about this and you should just take this unsub with a
grain of salt and realize that it is just a computer doing its job. It just
makes 'us' humans not very happy. Isn't that the way it always is?
