Can someone tell me if there is a protocol for taking care of this spam???

I do not fill out anything at bulletin boards!!!

Just to keep it short, this was sent to both BLOUNT-L & BLOUNT-D lists and
to both CARR-L & CARR-D lists. Still, it did not make it to my subscribers.

I am so angry, I am shaking. No problem, I'm closing all of my lists. What a
pity.
