Hi,

A few question come into mind about publishing costs;

You mention a cost of printing as $2.55 ea. Would that cost include the
cost of binding?

What about any editing, art layout, reformating etc. costs that might
come up?

Is the $2.55 fob the publishers dock? If so, what would shipping costs
be to our distribution point or points?

What about the cost of mailing envelopes labels and postage?

Does this publisher have any retail distribution capability that might
increase sales exposure?

I am sure there are other things to think about, but I am not familiar
enough with this industry to know what they are. I think we need some
experienced advice.
