Yep, because attachments in no way should be sent lists at all. An
exception is with some small lists that would not suffocate when such
happens.

As I said, there should be a swith in the RC-file that could be turned off
so if you want any attachment to pass, then you turn off that switch.

And, lousy software is only one reason. I have seen so many huge files
being sent as an attachment to several lists because the sender is lazy and
don't bother to change the retour address when some person want a huge file
sent to him/her personally as an attachment and send the huge file to
everyone on the list, and in next turn, 100 receivers bomb the list owner
with complaints. It's not fun at all to be a list owner in such cases.
