Thanks Carol for pointing that out. That's a bit different than being told
not to use copywrited material on our lists. I didn't recall seeing any
directive from our sys. admins on 'not posting copywrited materials to
lists'. Fair use still applies and our efforts cannot nor will not ever
succeed if we cannot use "parts" of research that has already been done.
Again, only what is considered fair use, and certainly not posting the
whole book.

I think this is what most of us have been doing on our lists for a long time.
