Hmmm.
On Webtv you have a telephone connection.
This is just like hooking up your computer, for
internet service. You plug in the electrical cord,
plug in a phone line to the back of the terminal,
and then to your phone jack.
Basically what the webtv unit consists of is a
modem. You have full access to the web, just like
from a computer.
Webtv has an online site where they tell you all
about their products. They also compare the two
models, webtv classic & webtv plus.
