I am the list-owner of the New England Allen list (Allen-NE). I have an
unhappy subscriber and I can't seem to correct her problem. Her address is
. I gather the provider has refigured the system and now she
can't unsubscribe. I have tried my best and it tells me she isn't subscribed
but she is still getting the list.

Can you help?
