Diane, very interesting--I will bet you are right about that being a second
notice. It would be nice if we could see the exact notices that go out and
know when they are sent out..that would help us to understand just what *is*
and *isn't* in the messages and what *should* be in them. It would sure help
us to advise our list members and answer their questions.
