Actually Tim, Vicki and I are going through a similar problem with my
other address to this list at the moment. For the digest it is
returning a {not a subscriber} and the X-Command, and the X-List:
Listowners-D.

To me it seemed like the hard link between the -L and -D had broken
(if possible), I think in the end that Vicki added the bouncing
address to the Accept list. If this one bounces then I am sure that
if you ask nicely Vicki could forward the bounce <vbg>
