Tim -

My ISP is rejecting posts containing the Happy99 attachment, and I am now
bouncing on lists I manage because of this (I just called tech support).

As more and more ISPs block the attachment, more and more listowners will
have this happen. Is there any way you could set Smartlist to reject
Happy99.exe posts BEFORE they are processed and returned to the listowner
(at the -request address)? If not, can you suggest a solution?
