Danene, get her to forward a list message she has received to you--and take
note of the address the message was sent to--bet you it will be the idir.net
address--maybe SHE didn't change ISPs but maybe THEY changed the name and
address. They most likely are still forwarding any mail sent to the old
address so she would get her list mail, but she is not being allowed to post
to the list since the address she is now using is different from the one she
is subbed under. If that is the case unsub the old address and sub the new
one from your utility page.
