Jeff, on our Pennsylvania Dutch lists we have the same sort of set up. The
bottom line is that 4 trusted people total have the passwords to all of the
lists. Of course only one person is receiving the bounce notices for each
list, and only two of us are actively moderating two of the lists and a third
the other list (there are 3 Pennsylvania Dutch lists). For larger lists like
these this type of system works well.

I doubt for small or inactive lists anything this elaborate would be
necessary but I think it is always good for a second person to have access to
the Utility page in case of emergency--it goes without saying that this
second person must be someone you trust, and also that you would have to
instruct them in the use of the Utilty page if they aren't already familiar
with its function.
