Hi

I have a real easy way to see how many is on your
list

Under your list password, it says "Address", put
just the start of your address in. Mine is mmanson

go down to the second line, it says

"Search subscriber list for address"

mark yes, and hit submit request.

The next page will tell you how many is on your
digest and mail mode.

And thats it:)
