How do I deal with a person that has been on the
Q-R reject list for over a year and has suddenly
come back under several bogus hotmail accounts.
His most recent message to the list makes it clear
that he intends to continue this practice.
Is hotmail.com still on the Rootsweb reject list
or has this changed? Is there any way I can block
all would be subscribers from hotmail.com as we used
to and place only those who are sincere genealogists
on our accept list?
