With junk faxers you are actually in luck: the U.S. Congress did
eventually figure out to outlaw junk fax. 47 USC 227 declares that
the recipient of an unsolicited fax advertisement can sue the sender
for $500 per transmission (with, I think, triple damages if you can
show intent to break the law). Go get 'em.
