Subject: Password Problem

I am also a new list administrator but I have yet to break through the
password. I have typed it in exactly as they show it. I have tried the O as
0. I have written to the listowner and gotten back a robot reply that says
it is case sensitive, with of course, the same password that has not worked.
Either I am doing something wrong or the password is doing something wrong. I
have tried copy and paste, but it will not do that.

Please help! It is a new surname list and evidently has few subscribers so
far. There have been only 2 messages this week, one of them mine.

I have been reading the Newbie list for a few days now as I try to battle my
way through the code and have seen what a great group you are and I hope
there is someone out there who can help.

Someone on the Newbie List suggested I send this to the Listowners List as
Tim was monitoring this list. Tim, I hope you can help.
