Joyce, someone probably had their "Reply To:" set up badly when they
subscribed, and for some reason Smartlist uses that address instead of
the From: address, if it exists!

Sometimes you can unsub an address like that by enclosing it in quotes
-- so type in the unsub box "@hotmail.com" and see if that works. If it
does not, you will have to write to <> for
assistance.
