You say that it is evident? How so? Maybe instead of singling this one
person out, post a reminder to the list about the pertinent copyrights,
e.g. posts are the copyright of the poster and the posting of copyrighted
material. Make it an educational post for all of your list members. This
way, -if- they are compiling the information to sell, you have given them
warning that is not acceptable. If they aren't, you have not alienated anyone.
