Subject: Glitch in lists3?
Date: Fri, 13 Oct 2000 15:27:39 -0500

I have just tried to unsub an address from four of my county lists.
Three of these lists are on the 'lists6' server, while the fourth one is
on the 'lists3' server. The lists6 lists send me the <nobody> message
that contains the multigram and also a copy of unsub message. When I go
back and check, I see that the address has been removed from those
lists.

But the lists3 list (WISAWYER) sends me only an empty <nobody> message
(no multigram - the message is completely blank) and there is no copy of
the unsub message sent to me. I also notice in the lists3 message that
there are three additional lines in the expanded header that read:

X-Diagnostic: Suspicious X-Command format
X-Diagnostic: Already on the subscriber list
X-Diagnostic: 12 32734

These don't show up in the expanded headers for the other lists.

I am using exactly the same action on this list as I did with the lists6
lists, yet the lists3 list refuses to let me unsub this address. Is
this a glitch? (Yes, I really am the listowner, manager, whatever!)

I've tried unsubbing this address twice with the same results. I'd
appreciate an explanation. This happened to me once before with this
particular list, but luckily the address bounced off on its own
accord...eventually.
