Mary, it's important to search for little parts of the address, when you
don't find the whole thing. Search for "jtriplex" -- even "jt" & "trip".
When you find a likely match, if you aren't SURE it's the correct
address to unsub, drop them a brief note privately, and see it your note
bounces.
