I've been doing it right, Joan. It isn't taking and I have done this a LOT
of times over the weekend. Nothing happens.
I even attempted the post to see if it would kick out and admin would catch
it. Nothing.

Try subbing to NEWBIE-LISTOWNER-L without the "S" on the end of LISTOWNERS.
