I have a subscriber on one of the lists I admin who is trying to
unsubscribe, but each time the robot states the address is not subscribed to
the list.

I have looked at the Utilities and the address is clearly listed and once I
unsubscribe it manually it simply continues to say not a subscriber.

Here are the results:

The address that is about to unsubscribed generates the
following multigram matches to the current list:

If this wasn't your intention or you are having problems getting yourself
unsubscribed, reply to this mail now (quoting it entirely (for diagnostic
