Good question. I wish I knew why. I don't have access to that system
either.

Apparently the "" address is a mistake, though I
don't know what's causing it. It should be ,
and if you're getting gatewayed messages from , I'm
told you should work with Ancestry Customer Support to get it fixed.
I'm afraid that's all I know about this problem.
