Michelle, this doesn't look like the FULL headers, which are the ones
with the X-diagnostics. In Netscape, it is easy as pie to see the Full
Headers -- hit control u, and there they are.
Big ISPs use relaying between their various mail servers, and if
something is hosed, sometimes they are 'unable to relay' between their
own servers!
