Megan,

I guess my concern stems from a recent incident where a List Admin for a
list I participate on bounced a person off of the list because of a post
that would be OK based on the recent Helpdesk interpretation. I am sure
that the LA would not have done that if they knew about this.

I fear that many of our number may not be aware that we really do have this
level of discretion.

I do intend to alert the LA of this "new" interpretation.
