In general, if you get an "unable to relay" error or "relaying denied"
bounce from a subscriber to a mailing list, the problem is just about
100% guaranteed to be with that subscriber's ISP. The mail we send
from RootsWeb is sent to the officially designated mail server for
each ISP, which by definition must be allowed to relay mail for users
at that ISP. When those machines return "relaying denied" bounces for
mailing list messages, it's because someone there screwed up.
