I think the best thing is to write an email, address it to all of your
bouncers, and explain what is going on. Explain that they will not get
their list mail until they either get a temporary webmail account, and
subscribe from that, or 2. contact their ISP and ask for their Rootsweb
email. They have paid for service, and they should be getting it.
