John,
It's not the setting of *this* list that's confusing. This list
does not have the option set for replies to default back to the list...
Valorie stated this earlier.
On MY list... the option IS set to default back to the list. (At least it's
*supposed* to). Here's the problem... I send out an e-mail to my list. I
have not one but two subbers who reply... those two replies come back to ME
with out hitting the list at all.
I have a few others that will reply and they DO go back to the list, the way
they are supposed to. I reply to my own posting and the list address comes
up in the "To" field before I even type my message. That's what it is
supposed to do. SO, why when going to reply it works for some and not other
subbers? Do we blame smartlist for not being smart enough to figure that
out OR is it really the e-mail program the replies are coming from.
IF I didn't have the option set for the replies to go back to the list, I
wouldn't be having this type of problem and we wouldn't be discussing it.
