Joanie - how did I know you would find a loop hole in my madness ... LOL
actually using lower case letter's takes up less [or the same] space in
the example I am currently using :) I do realize I will have to change
it from time to time as more newbies join us and then those who don't
update their AV's continuously ;/
but this seems like the best way to settle down the agitated natives :)
now I am wishing that I kept the list I printed out of the List
Subscriber's on Sept. 10, 2001 :/ [why that day I have no idea, I just
printed it] and then we lost over 100+ subscriber's in the two weeks
that followed 9/11 :( and then nearly 100 more by X-mas 2001 ... I had
been a busy body of keeping track of which ones bounced off and which
one unsubscribed them selves ... making notes as to which one
re-subscribed later on and those who let me know that they changed ISP's
also ... I tossed the list in January this year for some reason :/ and
printed a new one, but I have loss the desire to keep notes about them
like I had in the pass :)
tracking down my H*D*P*TH's took a front seat :)
I guess I could re-compile most of the List going through the List
archive [that *even though* disastrous Roll Call, it is a gold mine] and
my own palmer email folder if I wanted to ... as I was also keeping
track of who most of them were descendants of .... but it was becoming
such a mess with all my chicken scratch notes and arrows here and there
:/ I know I know it could have been a valuable record some day to
someone ...
are there any other List Admin. who kept/keep records like that? and
what do you do with them, or plan to do with them ?
