That works well for mail that abusive users are sending directly; of course,
that's with the ever-present proviso--which I'm sure you know, but newbies
might not--that you should never send any email that comes *through* RW to
any ISP with a complaint---Odds are, they'll misread what you're saying and
blacklist RootsWeb instead of removing the offender.
