Hi all,

As most of you know, I have taken your most esteemed advice
regarding the recent fiasco on PAWASHIN. And, it has worked...other
than a few nasty grams in my inbox, the offender understands he has been
permanently banned from the list. So why am I writing again??? Well,
it seems that one of the list members is forwarding the postings to
PAWASHIN to the person who is banned and he is spamming list members as
soon as he collects their userids. He wrote the following to one of my
listers:

By any chance, are you one of the people that Linda Dixon told me about
who had contacted her "privately" to get me kicked off the list?

All I did was try to defend part of my family, the HORN name, and I was
slammed all over the map! I have been permanently 'banned' from the
PAWASHIN web site. No big deal, people like Linda Dixon don't belong in
this country, let alone being "in charge" of a web site.

>From the "tone" of your message "Thank goodness, we are back to
genealogy which is the avowed purpose of this list!" that is what leads
me to believe you are referring to the fiasco that went on between
myself and the HORNs and the PAWASHIN list.

Just to set the record straight, I have "friends" who send me the list,
and I've compiled a list of email addresses. Eventually, the entire
list (at least the ones who post) will see what I have to say about the
way I was treated.

I'm not Mormon, either, thank God!

My gut instinct is just to ignore and hope for the best. Question
though..should I warn my listers? The person who forwarded this to me
was asking for help to stop the spamming. Your advice welcome again,
Linda
