Thanks, Sandra!

It would be nice if the messages on the Help Desk could stay there for a
day or two -- maybe marked with a big "resolved as of {time/date} --
for those of us that might miss them, such as someone that is off-line
for the day or, like me, checks mail a little later than usual and
without the benefit of much coffee. ;-)
