Hi Lynne,

I would think that some subscribers might get mad and leave the list. Have
you sent a note to the list explaining the copy/paste technique? Sometimes
subscribers are newbies who don't understand the
terminology.

I, myself, didn't know what "snipping" meant when I
first started online research, but I did understand copy/paste.
Perhaps if you sent a reminder to the list a few times and explain in
simple terms, it might get the job done.

When I've had problems with "forgetful" subscribers, I continued to
contact them privately and explained again and again (nagged?)
them to please be considerate of other subscribers by following
the "correct process" of whatever it was that I was trying to teach
them. They usually apologized and ~finally~ got the message.
