This person states "I am an Australian Ph.D. student who is currently
writing a book chapter for an academic Virtual Learning Environment
publication - my chapter is about using the Internet for genealogical

In the past hour I have received the post on several locality lists. I have also
had this person subscribe to six of my locality lists in the past hour. I find
this post totally off-topic and have chosen to put this person on reject,
*just in time* because while writing this I have gotten two copies of the
same post he tried to post to my lists. You may, or may not, want to
allow this post, your call.
