Here's the process:

Vicki makes the lists (usually on Wednesdays).
I get notification that the lists exist. I then sort them (add temporary
generic description, set up where it appears on http://lists.)

That usually happens on Wednesday or Thursday (depending on how busy I am,
and what time of day Wednesday Vicki did the lists). Occasionally takes a
bit longer.

The changes then appear the next day (Utah time) on the website: the
webpages themselves pick up the modifications once a day on a job that runs
in the middle of the night, Utah time.

Somewhere after that, John Fuller contacts you to work out a description.
When John has a pile of descriptions, he sends them all out in one email to
those of us who maintain lists of the lists. Within a couple of days, I
change the temp generic description to your chosen description, and then
once again, overnight, it appears on the site.
