I have done ALL of those things Joan, and I have written to the help desk again just now. I am waiting for an answer from them. The first answer that I had was from Piggie - saying that there was nothing that they could do.

I have written back to Piggie's number on the help desk, and I have also written to the help desk again - hoping that Piggie will pick it up again.

If you admin a list and your address is listed on the tools page as admin and you type in an incorrect password--the correct one will be emailed to you. So it should be a simple matter of taking the password emailed to you and pasting it (with no leading or following spaces) into your password box on the tools page.

If you are doing all this and still not gaining access when using the password emailed to you then you would need to have staff take a look at the list to see if something is corrupted--you would do this by contacting the HelpDesk. But, before doing this--try again and be sure all is as it should be and that you are not making any typos.
