They might be good contributors IF their site dealt with the counties they
are hitting! When I find NOTHING on the site that concerns my site, and
they sub, post then unsub, then they are spamming that list. I, like
David, now have them on the reject list for all my counties, and will soon
have them on reject for surnames.
