I always "assume" permission has been sought. It's
unfortunate when that doesn't occur, because I usually don't
enjoy cross-posts of any sort for any reason, nor do I like
unexpected announcements on my lists. But it does happen. A
decision to put the poster on reject then is a judgment
call. I have done it when I thought the post did not impact
my lists. Don't mistake that about me <smile>.
