The RootsWeb county mailing lists are not inextricably tied to the USGenWeb
sites or the project. If the county site does not have a CC then I think
queries on that topic could reasonably be directed to the SC. If you wish to
ask the SC for a reply you can post to the county list that is fine--but
project-related issues are not something you HAVE to feel responsible for just
because you admin the county mailing list.
