Hi, Joan:
Yes, that is correct. The author gives RootsWeb the right to copy and process the message, but only as required to (a) distribute the message to list subscribers, and (b) put the message in the archives. The author retains the right to decide to put the message on another list; or, not.
This was discussed some months ago, and my impression at the time had to be corrected.
