Hi, piglet:

In my own defense, I did continue to say that I had not read that two users was allowed. I was focused on whether the message on its face was commercial, and obviously did not put enough emphasis on whether the claim itself was legitimate.

That being said, I would have to agree that "expressly prohibited", "breach of this Agreement", and "may be referred to appropriate law enforcement" would certainly qualify as reasons to think the claim was false [wry grin].
