It has nothing to do with the changes that came with MailMan--RootsWeb
ALWAYS accepted only plain text emails for the lists--even under SmartList. The
change that caused the bad formatting in Hotmail replies to list messages
happened on Hotmail's end and it's been this way now for quite some time.
