I think it may be someone who has already bounced off if you have daily list
traffic.
If so it's just a matter of waiting it out.

because the server appears to be trying to send a list message to someone

The number of hours has changed from 6.2 to 11.3 to 12.0. This email

not subscribed to my list, so why is the server trying to deliver it?
There's
nothing in the "pending" section of the list tools.
