NOT if you have an anti-virus program on your computer.

I scanned my computer [all 5 drives] right after getting notice
that my message had a virus, and my
anti virus program has quarantined 20 messages that were
waiting to be opened in my email !!!!!!!!!!!

Can you imagine those 20 affecting 743 members [on both lists]
14,860.....now multiply the 14860 by 743.....1,104,098
that's how quickly it spreads in minutes.
[I'm no expert at math but it's clear enough]

I didnt say anything about about attachments, what I did
say was that the email that is affected by this virus will
spread whether they are opened or not [due to the fact
that everyone does not have an anti virus program].

the virus program will delete them from my computer
BUT the others that receive the same email....no protection
there for them. That's why EVERYONE should have an anti-virus
program installed on their computer.....and the worms or viruses,
what ya might call it......will stop dead in the protected computers
before spreading into the main stream.
