The land grants were given by the State of Vermont.........
and can be found " Charters granted by the State of Vermont,
Vol 2 of the State Papers of Vermont.......edited by Franklin
H.Dewart and published in 1922 by P.H.Gobie Press of Bellows
Falls,Vermont..
I would think that you'd find the State Papers at:

Vermont State Archives
Secretary of State Office
109 State St.
Montpelier, Vt 05609-1101

The archives also has what is called "NYE INDEX".....for every name
and subjuct
UNpublished but preserved, documents date from 1777 through early
statehood.
The state archives will do limited checking and photocopying by mail
request.
[worth a shot]
