Since the BUSH name has come up on both list.....here are a few
BUSH families that are listed in the DIRECTORY OF THE HEADS OF NEW ENGLAND
FAMILIES, 1620-1700; Frank Holmes,New York,1923.

1.EDWARD of Salem,Mass,1665
2.JOHN took oath of fidelity at Cambridge,Mass.,1652
3.JOHN at Wells,Mass. [now Maine]
4.RANDOLPH/Randolp was a resident of what is now Brighton,Mass. 1641
5.SAMUEL was at Suffield,Mass [now Conn, as of 1749]
