Rose,
I have gotten many deeds by going to the court house and looking
myself, and then getting a copy.If you live far from the area, maybe
someone would go for you?

Subject: [MA-MENDON] searching for deeds
| Hi-I just received a letter from the registry of deeds (2 main st,
| Worcester). I wrote to them asking if they could search for a
deed
| .They informed me that they do not do title searches, and gave me
a
| photocopied page from the phone book of title companies and
agents.
| Does anyone know of another way to find a deed, that doesn't
involve
| much money?
| Thanks, Rose
