I had a chance to compare the information on Smithfield Quaker
births and deaths.

Smithfield MM extends far to Douglas, MA and to Glocester, RI
from at least 1765 onwards.

Found lot of new and correct information to do on Aldrich database.

Clearly an indication your databases probably have errors as well.

I will send to the lists in installments of few pages later.
